On a crisp January morning, I gathered inspiration from frost-covered bark, drawn to winter’s quiet textures and glistening light. A single photograph became the foundation, enlarged and reversed onto laminate. Layered with a palette of muted greens and emerging tones, the piece contrasts new growth with cool, frosted surfaces.
